お雑煮 rice cake soup
今日はオフィスでお昼にあるスタッフの方がお雑煮をつくって振舞ってくれました。青森は醤油出汁ベースでゴボウ人参椎茸鶏肉と角餅が入って甘めの味付けみたいです。
ちなみにうちの実家は小松菜と角餅のみです。

A colleague cooked sticky rice cake soup. It was soy source based and taste sweet. Carrot, burdock, chinese mushroom, chicken and squared rice cakes were put in. You can eat rice cake soup anyplace in Japan at new year, and the taste is very different from a region to region. For example, at my parents place you can eat the rice cake soup with only Japanese spinach and squared rice cake. It's so simple but taste good.
